Pot. Biscutii conin cele 6 cereale care sint enumerate la inceput. Restul sint avertismente. Esti obligat prin lege sa mentionezi pe eticheta faptul ca produsul tau contine sau a intrat in contact cu alergeni.
Exista persoane care sint alergice la griu (de fapt la gluten), soia si oua.
Cu alte cuvinte, daca suferi de celichie si dai in soc pentru ca ai mincat biscuiti de astia ei se "scot" pentru ca te-au avertizat.

iar mentiunea de pe eticheta referitoare la oua nu apare pe ambalajul fabricantului...daca este obligatorie de ce n-am mai intalnit-o pana acum? am la birou vreo 3,4 pachete de painici uscate si biscuiti...nu scrie nimic pe ele
Nu. Doar griul contine gluten.
Atentionarea a devenit obligatorie pe eticheta de ceva timp. Cei care nu o scriu sint pasibili de amenda. Sper ca nu sintem noi aia cu biscuitii fara mentiuni :))
Mda.. ma uitai pe net si cica denumirea de "gluten" este folosita pentru toate proteinele din cereale.
Prin scoala ne invatasera ca gluten = glutenina + gliadina iar astea se gasesc doar in griu.. Dracu' sa-i pieptene.
Oricum, avertismentul se trece pe eticheta numai daca folosesti griu.
